Nuutti Hirvonen (b. 2010) began his piano studies at the Raahe Music Institute in 2018. Since 2020, he has studied under Kristina Leskinen. In 2023, Nuutti was selected as a student of Youth Piano Academy Finland. He is currently completing his advanced studies within the extended syllabus of music education.
Nuutti has performed in numerous concerts and has also given solo recitals in the North Ostrobothnia region. With his solo performances, he has participated in Youth Piano Academy Finland’s showcase concerts across Finland and also in Tallinn. He has received instruction in masterclasses from many distinguished Finnish and international pianists.
In September 2025, Nuutti was awarded in two categories in the international category III of the Tapiola Piano Competition. In the Leevi Madetoja Piano Competition, he reached the finals in the 13–16-year-old category in 2025, and in 2022 he received a prize in the under-13 category. In 2025, the North Ostrobothnia Fund of the Finnish Cultural Foundation granted him a scholarship for his music studies.
